Damaged WB disc. Advice?

I apologize if this is in the wrong place. I just opened one of my animated superman series packs. After viewing nearly all of them, one episode kept skipping and would lock up my dvd player. I looked at the disc and there were two scratches on the disc. When I first opened the package the discs were properly set in the holders so I am assuming it was damaged at the factory. I would return this to the store where I purchased it but it was over 3 months ago. Can someone suggest what I can do to possibly get a replacement disc from WB? Is there a telephone number for such situations? I attempted to search for such a number but was unable to locate one. Thanks to all that can assist.

I've never had a problem exchanging a defective disk at a retailer. As long as its an exchange for the exact same item, there shouldnt be a problem. When I was in retail we were able to return our defective dvds to the vendor for credit. assume its still the same way today.
