I guess it is a function of age...though I'm making a large assumption here. My DVD tv series library is larger than Monkees, larger than Matome's. Too large, in fact, to type all of the titles in here. (though I'm happy to send a photo of all the shelves by email if anyone is that interested.)

The remarkable thing -- and this is where the age function must come into play -- is that as large as those collectors' groupings are, and as large as mine is, there is almost NO intersection between mine and either of theirs. I see a lot of sitcom stuff in their lists, and cartoons and such. Mine leans way more to SF, Horror, Drama/Adventure, and vintage stuff. If it isn't age-related (I'm so far over the hill that I can't even see it back there any more), there would have to be some other explanation, and I can't think of it.
