Need some opinions.
 

Hey guys. Forum newbie here. Have a question for you guys. I have recently purchased the first 4 seasons of MASH and got them on the cheap for like 20 bucks at Wal-Mart. I'm not real shure how long they are going to be on sale, as Wal-Mart is spotty on when they have stuff on sale. Should I go ahead and pick up the Martinis and Medicine collection for 180$(barring the crappy cardboard holder complaints)? Would that be a wise thing to do? Thanks in advance.

:lol: Coming from a person who just bought seasons 2-11 plus the bonus disc set about a month ago-My answer is no, It is not a wise decision at all!

You see I bought season one last summer (06) and after not seeing the show since M*A*S*H's syndication run got knocked off for that horrible Seinfeld I had not seen the show in a long time & wanted to see If I still liked it-I did but just kind of left it for awhile.
Anyways on April 10th (07) I found season's 3,8,9,10 & 11 for 18.83 which i picked up even through I still need seasons in between, I also picked up Cheers 2-7 with Wal-Marts "2 for $35" deal & I got S8 for 19 bucks.
Later that day I went to another wal-mart and found Season 7 of M*A*S*H for the same price.
Then I went to every other wal-mart in the city and couldn't find the seasons I was missing for the cheap price that I got the other seasons so naturally because I'm a completest I ended up having to pay $37.99 each for seasons 2, 5 & 6.
Then when They bonus disc came out I had to pay for that as well which in the end came to a total of over $400 dollars.

I don't regret the buy myself because I haven't spent the money on a HDTV & DVDs besides food are the only major item I buy every tuesday so no its not wise to buy them all sep. but if you did and you ended up paying more I wouldn't regret it for such a great show.
