I see you have included the edition title so might as well add:

Criterion Collection for The Double Life of Veronique
New Line Platinum Series for Se7en

Also one more new entry:

Apocalypse Now Redux or Apocalypse Now (The Complete Dossier)

ps. I didn't realize that there were so many DVDs with an alternative ending. Are most of them a storyboard like Se7en?

I don't know of many at all that are done like the storyboarded ending on the Se7en DVD. I can't recall any in my collection that are done that way other than the example already given.

One of the alternate endings for 28 Days Later is storyboarded.

OK, I see it. It just wasn't in alphabetical order.

Edit: OK, I see now. It's under "A."

Should be under "P."

Supernova (which had an alternate ending that was far better than the released ending)

In this alternate ending...
Spoiler:

...We find out that alien device that goes off will now set off a chain-reaction that will only stop after all available matter in the Universe has been combusted, and that this chain-reaction will reach the Earth in 257 years. A much darker and far superior ending - I would've liked the movie if only it was released with this ending.

Can anyone recommend an alternate ending that they think is better than the theatrical? I can't recall any that I have seen where I was like "man, I wish they would have used that one instead." Although, they are usually interesting to see.

The one that immediately comes to mind is "The Butterfly Effect". That alternate ending was much better than the theatrical one, but I can definately see why they changed it.

Personally I enjoyed the Hannibal alternate ending alot more than the original ending. Also Man On Fire alternate ending is alot better also...
