High Capacity DVD case?
I'm going to be moving soon and I want to take my DVDs with me but leave the cases in storage. Does anybody have any suggestions for a well designed, sturdy, fairly compact DVD case? I probably have about 1000 discs, so ideally I'd like something that holds about 500 discs or more.
I was looking at the one at the top of this page: http://www.squaredealonline.com/b.asp?v=145 Does anyone have experience with this style of case or that company? Thanks in advance for and advice. |
I use this 1000 disc case for my CD's and it works pretty well. When I got it a while ago it was only listed as 1000 capacity. Looks like they added 50 more, though 250 in a row was a little tight for me, so they may have added a little space. It looks like it may be the same as your link.

Thanks for the link, that store seems much easier to navigate. Looks like that's the one I'll go with. The design seems more convenient than the album format with binder rings.

Yeah, they're a pretty good merchant. The case I have is pretty well built and the sleeves are nice. Much better than four of those 250 binders IMO.

I have about 800 in mine and I would say it's about 50 lbs already. You have to lift it with two handles on the sides of the case (there is no single handle like a briefcase). I would imagine the weight is the reason for this.
