The Golden Girls: The Complete Seventh Season (Replacement announcement)

We are aware of the aspect ratio issue and are able to resolve it with different copies of the DVDs. If you have already contacted us about the issue, we have all of your information and will be sending a prepaid postage label for you to send in your current copies along with replacement discs to correct the issues that you are experiencing.

As mentioned back in February, a framing issue on several episodes over Disc 2 and 3 of The Complete Seventh & Final Season was discovered by several of our forum members, and promptly reported to Disney Buena Vista. Forum Moderator, Robert, received two replacement discs from Disney yesterday and he has reported that the framing issue has been corrected. You can see the difference, here .
If you are unhappy about the framing issue on your discs, then you can fill out this online form at Disney’s website and hopefully a replacement will be sent out quickly.
