Thanks for the heads up! Nothing here that I am interesting in picking up

What an incredibly awful batch of double-features. I loved many of the earlier ones, but these movies barely have any relation to one another!

Boba Fett 04-07-07 05:06 AM

Does this mean the separate releases for these will be going OOP?

If so, I have a few titles I need to pick up now.

Bacon 04-07-07 11:16 AM

Maverick/Wild Wild West

also might pick up
Starsky & Hutch/Disorderlies

assuming in WS

too bad we can't get a Chevy Chase double feature with Funny Farm and Nothing But Trouble or Spies Like Us, WS of course

Snowmaker 04-07-07 11:25 AM

Who comes up with some of these combos?!

islandclaws 04-07-07 11:29 AM

I like the assumption that if I'm a fan of Blazing Saddles I'll also love sub-intelligent redneck comedy.

In the HTF chat they insinuated that Chevy would get a Ace Ventura-like box set with new OAR transfers in the future.

You exactly read my mind. I would have bought Blazzing Saddles with probably any other movie. Now i will only purchase the individual release.

If they're widescreen, I may pick up The Outlaw Josey Wales/Pale Rider and sell off my current copy of The Outlaw Josey Wales, but it isn't really going to be a priority. Would be moreso if I didn't already have that one, though.

Hopefully these will be the newer versions of those 2 movies from the Clint Eastwood Collection. I think those are only widescreen and contain many features. May pick it up, if that's the case.
