Missing Titles from Vol 2 Martin and Lewis

I Have mixed feeling about the 2nd Martin & Lewis set coming out in June for it's missing 3 Ring Circus and Money from Home. Any Info on why the omissions ?

New york times gave the set glowing reviews last week including on the transfers. Asked the same question on the missing movies but said that the missing movies were inferior to what was included.
