The Glass Key/the Blue Dahlia

I observed on DVDTIMES that film noirs DVD's for region 2 film to be released include Alan Ladd's The Glass Key" and "The Blue Dahlia: by Universal UK

Does anyone have on why they have not been released here in the good old U.S or info that they will be by Universal ?

I have no info on an R1 release, but I did notice that The Blue Dahlia had several clips on The Black Dahlia DVD and looked quite good from what I saw.
