Will Janet Gaynor in Sunny Side Up ever appear on DVD

Are there any plans to release Sunny Side Up a 1929 musical starring Janet Gaynor? I'm also awaiting King Of Jazz a Paul Whiteman two colour techicolor movie from 1930!

That's one I'm waiting on also. My VHS copy I recorded off AMC (when they ACTUALLY showed classic movies with no commercials) back in the late 1980's is getting a bit shabby. Universal needs to get off their duff and put it out!
