Thanks to the holiday sales this season I was able to stock up on some Christmas movies I've been meaning to get:

It's a Wonderful Life ~ 60th Anniversary
Miracle on 34th Street ~ Special Edition
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation ~ Special Edition

I even watched 'em all before Christmas!

But when the holiday arrived, I recieved zero DVDs.

But I did get a $25 Best Buy gift card, which I plan to apply this week towards BB's two for one sale to get:
Bewitched S4
I Dream of Jeannie S2

Guess I'll have to gift myself the new wave of Disney tins plus their True-Life Adventure sets (which I am surprised to not see much of on the what-I-got lists thus far).

Well since we are moving in January Christmas was a little slim this year.

I did get Talladega Nights: Rated and The Pink Panther Film Collection.

I may try to exchange the Panther Collection. I really like the set, but the set I got as a gift is pretty beat up. It looks used. I have no ideal how to exchange this without upsetting the people that gave it to me. I know it came from Target, but I don't want to upset anyone by asking for the receipt.

Anyone know if Target will do an exchange on a set thats opened without a receipt? I wished I hadn't opened it.

The only thing I wanted DVD related was the complete definitive edition of The Twilight Zone which I never expected to get, but there it was under the tree.

Nice! Someone loves you very very much.

I'll save any further comment on a reciprocal action until I find out their relationship to you

For Christmas presents:

I had to go up to Best Buy Tuesday morning and exchange the fullscreen Clerks II for a widescreen copy.

I also got a gift card which I'm sure will go towards a DVD or one of the new Depeche Mode re-issues.
