Universal has the rights to part 2, so who knows when or if it will come out on DVD. MGM has the rights to part 4, and Fox now controls the MGM library. Fox and Anchor Bay also have a relationship, as Anchor Bay has released some Fox titles.

I'm sure if Anchor Bay could get the rights to part 2, R1 would have a sphere box set.

Did anyone else pick up part 3? It's really light on extras. You would think Anchor Bay would at least put the material from the Phantasmagoria documentary dealing with part 3 on the disc.

I went out looking for this today, and 3 CC's had no copies in stock and didn't know why they didn't have it. But now that I see the poster is folded, I guess I won't bother picking it up. I hate creased posters, even if they're signed.

Ask them to check their horror section, it's not planned to be in the new release section so they might not know if they aren't the one who merchandised it.

I gave up on CC and got Phantasm at Target for $14.99. I'm just glad to find a copy. They only had 3 left when I arrived. Luckily, there was no sticker plastered over the cover to ruin the artwork.

Got it @ CC. The sticker did ruin it a bit, but I did what another poster suggested and used the sticker on each letter so it looks "weathered". It actually makes it look cooler. My poster wasn't signed but it's still kick ass.

Got mine at Best Buy, and the sticker did peel a little bit of the artwork off. It really doesn't look all that bad.

I was getting a little bummed that I didn't get a signed poster, but then I realized that I already have Coscarelli's autograph on my Bubba Ho-tep soundtrack

The CC I went to did not have any in stock. The clerk I asked about it told me they got three copies. Three!

BTW, no original mono soundtrack on this release? Geez, would it have killed them to include a 1.0 or 2.0 mono track?
