DuckTales Volume 2 DVD/Animation Quality

Anyone notice how the quality of product started to change on the second DVD set? Did the production company change (or get CHEAP) part way through the first season? Anyone know if some episodes early on were made by a better company than the latter . . .?

Compare the animation quality ~

GOOD Quality ~ "Time Teasers" , "Scrooge's Pet" , "Luck o' the Ducks" , "Magica's Magic Mirror / Take Me Out of the Ballgame"

BAD Quality ~ "Scroogerello" , "Duckworth's Revolt" , "Double-O Duck"

Looks like they changed animators, but without knowing the history of the show, it is tough to speculate when/why the change was made.

Anyone have any insight?

I noticed a 2 or 3 episodes on talespin and darkwing duck were animated differently as well. It didn't look very good at all.
