It's funny, but, I called yesterday, because I had still not received my corrected discs. The lady I spoke to said my corrected discs were "shipped out" on January 2nd. I checked my mail, today, and there they are! I am so happy! Now, my collection is complete.
While I had the lady on the line, I asked where I should call to get information about my posters I sent in for. She gave me some other toll-free #. I called it, and it just rang busy. Anyway, I'm still waiting on those. Hopefully next week!

In regards to the last post, I'm glad you were able to get such a definite response from the Warner rep. When I called, all they would tell me was that they THOUGHT they had received my old discs and that my replacements would be sent out in 7 to 10 days. That was on the 2nd. Maybe I should try to call them back and talk to someone who knows what the hell they're talking about.

^ I would wait to call them (again) until maybe Tuesday. I had called on Thursday and got that "7-10 days" crap and mine came today (Saturday). It might be on its way but you never know when it'll get there when it comes to USPS...

Well I called them today and they say they haven't received my original discs yet. Apparently they feel that since I live in PR it takes a long time. Odd given that other correspondence I've made to the US has taken two weeks at most to arrive. Glad I sent my envelope insured, just in case.

Well it just keeps getting better. Imagine my excitement when I open up my mailbox and see an envelope from Warner. Finally my replacements have arrived. However upon opening the envelope, which is very flexible for having 2 discs in it, I discover that I have received ANOTHER MAILER.

After calling Warner yet again, I finally got a rep that knew what was going on. She said she wasn't sure why I got another mailer. ( The # in the corner is different than my first one). However she did tell me my new discs were sent out on the 3rd so they should be here this week. Keeping my fingers crossed............... For those still waiting for your mailer, they are obvoiusly still sending them out so don't lose hope.

I received my DVDs from Warner today. I only sent STM in, because the S3 DVD in my set was already the correct one, but they send my a copy of each.

My replacement discs arrived today (I mailed defectives in on Dec.18), and my Superman poster set (from the mail-in offer) came yesterday, so Warner is slowly getting back into my good graces. Overall the replacement process wasn't too long considering the amount of customers needing exchanges and the holidays being a factor in mail slowdown. The fact remains that quality control still seems to be a big problem with DVDs.

Just got my posters today. I think I mailed them off the week the DVD was released, so it did take awhile, but I'm happy. I have my replacement discs and I got my Superman replica posters and January is not even over yet.
By the way, how are any of you going to display your posters? Are any of you sticking thumb tacks in them or is there a better way to display these? I don't think I'm really in the market to buy a really huge and expensive frame for all 5 posters.

Right now I'm storing them in the tube they came in until I can get some picture frames for them. I must admit they were quite a deal considering what even reprints cost on memoribilia websites. Overall the Ultimate Edition set was quite a deal despite the exchange hassle.

Crap, I just saw that for the posters you need the receipt, which I tossed. I got this as a gift, if my grandma sent me a print out of her Amazon confirmation, would that work?
