I'm confused about the World Trade Center special features

From the press release:

The two-disc Blu-ray and HD DVD presentations will each be 1080p High Definition with English, French and Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus and English, English SDH+, French and Spanish subtitles. The discs include the following special features, which are in standard definition except where noted:

Disc 1:

Scott Strauss, John Busching and Paddy McGee
-- Nine deleted or extended scenes with optional commentary by Stone:
-- Extended Locker Room
-- Extended Roll Call
-- Concerned Business Woman
-- Fireman Johnny
-- Original Hole Two Through Allison Making Lunch
-- Judy Gets Word Jay Is OK

Disc 2:
-- The Making of World Trade Center (three parts) (HD)

-- Building Ground Zero (HD)
-- Visual and Special Effects (HD)

Are they saying that the only things on disc 2 of the standard DVD release is Q&A with Oliver Stone, TV Spots and a Photo Gallery and that all the other features listed is exclusive to the HD release?

The DVD features these special features in standard definition and where it says HD they are in Hi-Definition.

And please do a search before posting a new thread, since there is already an existing thread on the DVD release:
