Looking For Mr Goodbar

What is holding up the dvd release of this film from Paramount? Music rights or what? We finally got REDS from Paramount so maybe there is hope.

I've asked this question before about Looking For Mr. Goodbar, and my assumption is there may be difficulties obtaining music copyrights to Paramount for the DVD release.
