Re: MST3K Collections: Vol 1, 3 and 10 going OOP...
I lucked out and found someone on a forum who sold me vol 9 for $75 so now I have all the collections. And thanks to Christmas I finally got all of the individual discs (except Hellcats and Beginning of the End). For some reason I thought Hellcats was on one of the sets but I guess not...

This is kind of off topic and is going to sound real OCD. I recently began adding titles to DVD Aficionado after not really visiting the site for about two years, and I noticed that when I added MST3K vol. 3 it was counted as 4 titles. Shouldn’t it only count as one? Sorry to go off topic, but this is just something that’s been bugging me.

It's four different "movies". There's a help forum at DVDAf that explains it better. Also, if you go to your home screen, there's a drop down menu to show by titles, discs or DVDs.

I think I got a good deal. Ordered Beginning of the End off Amazon for $18 and I got a new copy
It was supposed to be used.

Yes, I think you both did well at that price. There's only one direction those can go...
I think Shout! would not be thought guilty of double-dipping should they decide to acquire rights to release BOTE and Hellcats.
But then, they might view that as scorched ground...

If anyone is interested in beefing up their collections, Barnes & Nobel is having a buy 2 get 1 free sale. My local had a copy of #7, so I am good on that front.

I have updated the catalog. Includes vols. 18-20 now.

I am so happy with the new packaging Shout! is issuing these with, I'd buy them all over again to get rid of my Rhino sets. With the new packaging you could remove them from the volume boxes and sort them by episode sequence...
