AFI 's second greatest comedy....
Tootsie. The current disc is anamorphic, but thats it. Nothing else at all.
I'll second (or third...) The Game. I love Fincher, but can't stoop to pick this one up.
Broadcast News. A classic Brooks (two of them) comedy. I think it should either be the "Pretty Peppy Party" edition OR "the Smartest Person in the Room" Edition... Terrible Transfer.
Beetlejuice. I'll keep waiting for this one.
More recent released... hmmm....
Kill Bill? Almost every single new film gets a decent release, no matter how bad it is, and Kill Bill is really bare.

I'm certain a Road Warrior SE was confirmed for '07 in one of the HTF/Warner chats earlier this year (can't provide a link, since searching is disabled at the moment...). I unloaded my original release a few days after.

Superb film, bad video presentation.
Disney, you listening? (Of course not).

DVD Talk Special Edition
Any Kubrick movie that's not titled "Spartacus"
Kill Bill
South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut (hopefully we'll see one next year when South Park's 10th anniversary arrives)

Yes, it's not a true SE unless it has a freaking anamorphic transfer!!!!! Scream, Misery, True Lies, The Abyss, Good Will Hunting, Broken Arrow, Armageddon, etc....in region 1 of course.

Rosemary's Baby
This and Chinatown are two Paramount DVDs that I think would be obvious SE choices. I broke down and bought Rosemary's Baby for $3 from the DDD B1G1 sale going on now but I'm still holding off on Chinatown.

2001 A Space Odyssey
Mr. Holland's Opus
Rainmaker
Bottle Rocket (SHOCKED Criterion hasn't picked up the option to do the SE on it)
Caddyshack (There was a 20th anniversary edition, but in a snapper case and next to nothing for bonus features)
Ghostbusters
Logan's Run
Election
Galaxy Quest (I know they have more material on hand they could use for bonus features)
