Any differences between Disney's Pinocchio LE and gold versions?

I can't find a solid description or comparison of the gold collection online. I would assume both are featureless. Does the gold collection have improved transfer or sound compared to the limited issue?

There is no difference. In fact, Disney used its surplus of LE's and LE inserts and stuck them in Gold Edition packages so they didn't go to waste.

Sorry for hijacking the thread for a second, but..

Was finding the Gold Edition for $7 used, a good deal? I picked it up, because I thought it was quite rare.
