I would suspect that there are more movies that have NOT been released on DVD than those that have.
For starters on a list, you can stop by my place and copy down the titles of the 500 or so VHS tapes I bought of movies yet to appear on DVD, and then go on to the 500-700 additional titles taped commericial-free from various TV channels (AMC, TMC, etc.).

i retracted ambersons because there is a uk region 2 release
http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/91789...s/Product.html
you always get people on uk forums moaning about things not being on region 2 and i always tell them to shut up and go multiregion. i guess it's not really possible for americans.
there must be a site with all this info on but i cant find it. i imagine there are loads of tv movies etc.. but are there really that many films that were given theatrical releases?
i prefer monster squad as it brings back fond memories of seeing it as a kid.

At least I'm finally adding 2 of my 3 most wanted mia titales soon...and even on the same day. The Other and They All Laughed are just around the corner.
Still waiting for an Inside Moves announcement.
There are over 263 films on my essentials list that have not been given even a whisper of hope.
And at least 1 title that will never, ever be in my library in it's complete original form....London After Midnight.

The one that really sticks out for me is the 1987 film Housekeeping. I really don't understand why Columbia have not put this great film out on dvd, yet have blessed us with multiple releases of The Animal.

No Time for Sergeants
That movie is a comedy classic in my opinion, and deserves a full blown special edition.
