I'm not sure if this should go in one of the Superman threads, but I'm excited, so I'm making it's own thread. I'm glad this is finally coming out.

Haven't watched it yet, but it looks like a nice set. I had it on reserve at Movie Stop, and when I picked it up, the guy was like, "Are you sure this is what you want?" Like I had confused it with the modern movies, lol.

Wal-Mart has these for 35 bucks, kind of pricey. The old Batman serials ran for about $15 a set, although I think that may have been half as much content per set.

It's still $19.03 at Amazon.

jeez...what are they thinking.

i'm pretty much on hold out for Xmas on this one

Hi. I found this set in a bargin bin section in a department store.. It was 4 amaray DVD cases wrapped together.. The picture seems to indicate it's a digipack or something.. Is this how it was originally released?

the bargain store was Big Lots.
I picked this up for $3 the other day it is the regular release but i havent opened it yet, but it looks like it is a folding digi pack.

check the bargains forum there is a huge topic on all the cheap dvds at Big Lots.
