Fox's Peter Pan and the Pirates on DVD?

Does anyone know if Fox's Peter Pan and the Pirates will be released on DVD?

I remember at least one season, and remember it as being an excellent show. I tried google, but didn't come up with much. I couldn't even figure out who owns the rights to it right now. Thanks.

It was available in region 2, but now seems out of print.

Thanks. "Maximum Entertainment" released it apparently, but I think that's just a UK company. :(
