Why no cool hand luke? I've been waiting for a new version. Otherwise very nice.

Phenomenal....but that's why Warner is #1....

I'm fairly certain they said somewhere that COOL HAND LUKE is getting refurbished for its 40th birthday next year. That likely means HD-DVD, too!

Another winner from WB !

Cool. Been waiting for the Lew Archer ... er, Harper ... movies for a while...

Would have loved to have seen The Prize included, but brilliant stuff again from Warners - especially the Harper movies.

I just bought this from DDD sale. Has anyone heard if WB is going to do a 2-disk COOL HAND LUKE?

J.P.V. 11-23-06 05:22 PM

Any kind soul willing to scan the following front covers for me?

The Mackintosh Man
Pocket Money
The Drowning Pool

I want to add these 3 missing titles into DVDAficionado's database.

Yes - it will be done for its 40th anniversary in 2007.

Fingers crossed that Warners will also release The Prize - it is a movie I really adore!!

Saw them at Costco in Atlanta, GA for about $35.

All seven are sold individually in regular size cases. The Collection are in mini cases.

Also, will WB redoing The Life of Judge Roy Bean?

Are you sure about this? I think only "Harper" is sold individually.
