Warner Home Video has announced The Lake House for release on September 26th in all 3 formats. No exact details yet, but the announcement is here

The list price for the HD-DVD version is $39.99. Likely means another hybrid disc. They really have to stop with this nonsense. The prices are way too high.

This is a pretty fast DvD release isn't it? Its not like I was expecting it to take too long for Lake House to come out on DvD, but geeze. Now that I think of it I guess it isn't all that fast considering the the type of movie and when it was released. Another one to get in good with the girlfriend.

Skipped it in theaters, but will probably want to check it out - I'm a big fan of the Korean original, and already have lowered expectations about this Americanized remake, so I may be pleasantly surprised.
