Columbo S1 Pixillation Help!?!
 

Has Universal offered any replacement discs or does anyone have a phone number for their customer service? I am having pixillation on Season 1 Disc 3 episode "Dead Weight" right at the end/climax of the show. I bought it from FYE at Christmas and just got around to watching it and discovered the problem. Thanks in advance for any info.

Sounds like the dreaded "Universal Crap DVD-18 Discs" thing again. There are many threads on this forum (and others) all about this. The sad thing is that you could get a replacement disc and get the same problem. Only maybe at a different point on the disc. Or you might get lucky and have no problem.
