Toss up between The Searchers & Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.

Being a big anime fan, my pick for the month goes to KamiChu!:Volume 1 Little Deity[with Collector's Box].

I almost always go with a Criterion, and Dazed and Confused got a great treatment, but I cannot deny the preeminence of the Chuck Berry Hail! Hail! Rock and Roll 4-dvd set which got a Criterion-like release in June. An historical and fun dvd box.

John Wayne - John Ford Collection

Could be the release of the year for me.

hmmm...Looks like i'm one of the few that really enjoyed "Mr. & Mrs. Smith".

Don't get some of us wrong--I thought it was delightful, but you'd have to merge it with the original MR. & MRS. SMITH DVD from last year for it to be the best release of the month.
