Just a quick reply as I have to leave in a few min.
Currently there isn't an English friendly version of this film elsewhere. In fact the only two other releases I am aware of are the German and Russian ones (both non-English friendly) but the German one offering a more elaborate 5.1 mix.
Will write more later.

Pro-B,
There is also an Italian release I noticed last week in Rome (again, non-English friendly). It's titled "Per sesso o per amore" (For Sex or For Love).

Indeed it seems like quite a few non-English friendly markets have this film released (thank you Ted for the pointer above). As I noted earlier there isn't another disc that I could recommend at this point. If the UK or Australia happen to produce their own disc then by all means get one!
This being said I very much believe that with basic French one could fully enjoy Franck Spadone. As I noted in the review dialog is sporadic and the story unfolds upon moody scenes where music and silence are the dirivng factors (the camera work is exceptional). To sum it all up the picture is cold but beautiful to behold modern noir with a top-notch protagonist (Stanislas Merhar).
I highly recommend that you at least rent it.
