Having trouble contacting UNIVERSAL!
 

I've filled out their customer support online form now 3 times and have gotten no response. I have a bad Kolchak Disc 1 and I need to get it replaced. It's passed 30 days now since I bought it from amazon so they won't exchange it as per their policy. Is there a customer support phone number? Thanks for any help!

Call your CC company and see what they have to say.

I just did this to exchange my my Jurassic Park DTS DVD:

Dial (972) 293-5903. If the recorded message comes on, hit "0" to talk to a person. It's just the receptionist, but she will put you through to a real person. If he doesn't answer, leave a message, and he will call you back shortly.

If you still have no luck, you could just send the disc in (no case) with your address and telephone number, and they should provide a replacement.
