Has 'The Shining' DVD been discontinued?

I was looking it up on DVDAficionado, and their site said the older and Kubrick collection are no longer available. Are they doing this for the 2-disc version hopefully coming soon?

If I remember correctly, a couple of Kubricks are getting the 2-disc treatment this fall on both DVD and HD-DVD. I remember Eyes Wide Shut and Clockwork Orange for sure, but The Shining wouldn't surprise me as being another SE in the works.

I thought I had read somewhere that they were going to re-issue or come out with some new Kubrick set.

Hmm, A Clockwork Orange 2 disc set, I could go for that, I held off on buying it so far, so picking this up would be great. Also i'd get The Shining if they're going to do a SE or 2 disc also later on.

not positive but i think the old kubrick collection of the shining has been discontinued for some time. thing is, theres the remastered kubrick collection, plus the two different box sets, and now another one in the works.

prolly coming to hd/br as well
