Does this mean warner settled their legal differences with the truffuat estate?

Finally, Warner will release Rolf Schübel's 1999 art-house romance Gloomy Sunday on Sept. 12 as part of their International Cinema Collection, which will also collect the previously released The Damned, Day for Night, Death in Venice, and A Very Long Engagement, all in Amaray packaging.

What's the diff with the new single release (other than the keepcase)? The interviews + featurettes???

I watched the old version and these extras sound like the same ones but I'm not 100% sure.
