That's actually an action figure with a DVD packed in as a bonus. It looks that way to me anyway. They have done it with GI Joe as well. Never remember seeing it myself. Neat find.

But with how it was packaged looks more of a DVD giftset at first glance.
Anyway, I will try searching for this at Toy stores and toy section of Dept. Stores.

Thanks for the info dude! I found it at the TMNT toys section at Toys R Us. Well Im quite suprised that it was not only raphael but with the other 3 turtles. Its pretty much cheap at $12.99
