Haven't actually opened the package yet, but the dimensions of the comic indicate it could slide nicely into place with the insert. Then again, FD3 doesn't come with an insert, does it?

It has an advertisement sheet in there, and one other sheet, but no chapter selection.

Spoiler:
In theaters (where I caught the flick twice), when Kevin dies, the pole just impales him sending him flying off the roller coaster. On the DVD, after the pole impales him, we see the lower part of his body hit the seat next to Julie's in graphic detail.
so was this a MPAA requested cut, I'm surprised this was reapproved and still carries the R-rating.

Okay...anyone else having freeze problems? When the roller coaster first starts to roll out of the gate and the camera shows the front row POV, it freezes, and near the end as a sign is about to fall, it also freezes.

The latter is "choose thier fate" point, but the first one is not.

I ended up picking this up at Best Buy, and taking advanage of the 2 for 20 deal with the purchase of one of the previous movies since I didn't have them. Ended up just buying all 3 for about 28 bucks. Much cheaper then the box set of all 3.

No problems or freezes at the beginning for me at those locations.

I had freezing about 5 different times during the movie. Maybe it has something to do with choose your own adventure feature.

Any definite word on whether the Walmart bonus disc is the same as the earlier disc in the 1/2 pack?

I just started watching this. Anyone know which flips of the coin will determine which outcomes?

Most of them just slightly alter the deaths of certain victims. However, if you honk twice you can save Frankie.

Wait a minute. I just bought this DVD and it didn't come with a comic. Instead it had an insert about an online survey relating to the "Choose Their Fate" mode.

I got mine from CH and it didn't come with any kind of insert whatsoever.

My Tosh (it's a MUCH older 2109) couldn't play it well at all. At every point where a "Choose Fate" prompt would have come up, the film would simply skip to the next chapter. After the third time selecting scenes from the menu and trying to play the theatrical version, I gave up and had to watch in on my other player (I think it's a Samsung). After that, no problems.

Where did you get it? The comic was exclusive to Circuit City. Shrinkwrapped with each copy on the back of the slip cover.

Ah, okay. I got it at K-Mart. S'okay since we don't have Circuit City in Puerto Rico.
