Bloodrayne (Movie + Game?) - May 23, 2006

'BloodRayne' in video, game pack

Producer-director Uwe Boll has made a living translating video games into films, so it seems logical that the DVD of his "BloodRayne" will mark the first time a movie and the game it's based on will come packaged together in the same case. The May 23 release contains both Visual Entertainment's "BloodRayne" and Majesco Entertainment's game "BloodRayne 2" on separate discs. Both the R-rated theatrical version and the unrated director's cut of the film will come with the full game. Fans also will get a pricing advantage. The DVD with the game included will sell for $20, while the stand-alone PC game retails for $30.

So, they've finally resorted to giving away Uwe Boll movies? They're basically paying you $10, for picking up the Bloodrayne movie along with the game.
