DVD Production risks

Ok lets say you're in a video crew team and you were asked to make a dvd about "How to use a keycutting machine". What are the risks that can go wrong during production? besides data loss and how would you solve it

i produce DVD featurettes for major studio releases for a living. what can go wrong? theft, lawsuits, fire damage, equipment breakdowns, scheduling conflicts, over/underexposed footage, poor/unuseable audio, etc.

the solution: insurance. i have a one million dollar hartford policy to protect my business (HD production and post).

You could cut your pinky finger by using the machine improperly.

A dvd on how to use a keycutting machine? Will it be a freebee? I hope Clarance forgets to wear his safety glasses....
