Without a Doubt "Medicine Man" starring Sean Connery. Sits on my shelf unopened for the past 5 years. Yay for crappy Xmas gifts.

Would have to say Street Fighter (with Van Damme), I got it from CH to get free shipping, although I do enjoy parts of it ;)

madcougar 01-07-07 10:04 PM

It was Mission Impossible 2, but I got rid of it. So I'm going to go with Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle.

Longshot (Only have it because it's an inside joke between my fiance and I from when we started dating)
Jason X
Freddy vs. Jason (I make fun of the movie, but watch it over and over again)
Eight Legged Freaks
Galaxy Quest
Surviving Christmas
Anacondas
Darkness Falls
Godzilla
Waterworld

I have New Concorde's complete collection of 80's Sword & Sorcery DVDs.

- Amazons
- Barbarian Queen
- Barbarian Queen II: The Empress Strikes Back
- Deathstalker
- Deathstalker II: Duel of the Titans
- Deathstalker IV: Match of the Titans
- The Warrior and the Sorceress

Those movies are so bad, they make Beastmaster look like an Academy Award winner, but I love them. They also all have really lousy fullscreen transfers and no extra features, except for the totally unexpected but very appreciated commentary on Deathstalker II.

The Watcher
Sweet Home Alabama
the Jennifer Anniston Collection
My Best Friend's Wedding
A Knight's Tale

all of which come from my wife's cheesy girls' night collection.

"Evel Knievel" starring George Hamilton. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool movie but this has to be the worst transfer of any film on DVD I've ever seen. Looks like a beaten up VHS copy duped with nobody paying much attention to the process. A dirt cheap impulse buy, but still....

S.W.A.T.

I got it free at Blockbuster.

SterlingBen 06-23-07 08:24 PM

Star Crash is now defiantly a contender in this category for me

Josh H 06-23-07 08:33 PM

Six Days, Seven Nights is probably the worst movie (was free with a DVD player years ago).

Stargate (a flipper) would be the worst DVD, only flipper I still have, and was also one of the five free with the player.

I've had countless turds in my collection, but right now, since The Godfather Part III won't touch my collection over my dead body (I and II and the bonus material are safely included in it), here are two facts about my collection:

I own two Stallone movies besides Rocky: Nighthawks (awesome) and Cobra (godawful, but oh so fucking cheesetastic).

I own one movie directed by Michael Bay (The Rock CC), but Renny Harlin has three spots reserved in my collection (Die Hard 2, The Long Kiss Goodnight, and [god help me on why I love this movie] The Adventures of Ford Fairlane).

In the end, I own every movie I do because I either love it, really like it, or could easily watch it more than once.

Bandit03 06-23-07 08:46 PM

A Cowboy Way would be my worst movie ( got it free from a friend), but I think most would look at my collection and say Gigli. I really didnt think that movie was as bad as everybody said it was, or maybe its just Jennifer Lopez looks really good in that movie ;)

zombeaner 06-23-07 08:52 PM

I recently did a purge, so my collection is fairly shit-free at the moment, but I'd have to say Ghost Rider is up there near the top, as is Zombie Honeymoon

For me, my least favorite owned movie used to be Magnolia. I had blind-bought it for $9.98 during a DDD sale a few months ago, and when I watched it I ended up hating it.

But I just sold it a few days ago, so now I'd have to say LOTR: The Two Towers (Extended Edition) which I didn't spend my own money on, I received it for Christmas back when it came out. I don't like LOTR a whole lot to begin with, and TTT is the worst of the three.

DeputyDave 06-23-07 11:29 PM

Well, not counting the seven or eight movies in my collection owned by my daughter (she forced me to list them as compensation for her typing my entire collection into DVDSpot) it would have to be Andre the Butcher.
Absolutely nothing good with this movie, not even a "so bad its good" nod.
I tried to sell it and trade it at several stores but was offered NOTHING. I don't have the ability to throw it out, so i guess I'm stuck with it.

Romeo Must Die

PPP 06-24-07 10:38 AM

It's called Thirteen Ghosts or something like that. Has the guy from Monk in it. Such a terrible film.

The Eliminator 06-24-07 10:44 AM

Octagon with Chuck Norris. Loved it when I was 5, but it doesn't hold up!

Basic Instinct....oh wait I masturbate to that...nevermind.

Would have to be Superfuzz. How can you direct Django, The Great Silence and then direct Ernest Borgnine in a movie about a cop who gets special powers from a rocket explosion?
