Does anyone know if Kickboxer 1 will be anamorphic widescreen? The first release was widescreen and is now OOP. The second release was full frame only. Hopefully this set will include an anamorphic transfer.

I'm praying that the first Kickboxer is anamorphic. I've been trying to track down the original HBO release for years.

I used to love the original, when I was younger, and Van Damme was my favourite actor. Heh. I liked most of the sequels, so I may pick this up if it's cheap, for nostalgic purposes.

I'd rather have a Van Damme: Early Years set with No Retreat No Surrender, Bloodsport, Kickboxer, and Lionheart.

Don't forget Albert Pyun's masterpiece, CYBORG!!! Now THAT would be the lynchpin!

I'd get it just for an anomorphic widescreen version of the first one with Van Damme.
No interest in the sequels.

The sequels are just a fun watch. They're quite cheesy.

And Black Eagle. Personally, I think his first on-screen role was the most appropriate: Gay Karate Guy.

Funny thing is, if it had Breakin' in OAR, I'd buy the box set.

Did anybody buy this? Just wanted to know the picture and sound format for each movie! Hopefully the original trailers for each individual release is included, and what type of set is it (box set or digi-pack) ?

Thanks in advance,

...BMatt
