I've only seen FS DVDs being sold

It used to be available in WS/FS double sided disc, but it was another victim of the Columbia/Sony "$5.50 dump bin" blues. Dropping the WS side for just the FS with disc art.

Walmart only has the full-screen, but I've seen the wide-screen version in Target and Best Buy's bargain racks from time to time.

Is there a list anywhere of all the films Sony downgraded? I already know of Frankenstein, Eye of the Beholder, Gattaca, The Fan and The Last Action Hero.

I picked up The Fan sometime last year at WalMart and got the FS/WS flipper, so I guess I got lucky.

I have also had some luck at finding old versions at pawn shops and other used stores as well. I picked up Last Action Hero and My Stepmother Is an Alien with the WS versions on the disc for cheap. So that might be something you'd wanna look into for these Sony titles.
