Cowboy Bebop Remix 4 and PS2
 

ok, I just got cowboy bebop remix 4 through deepdiscountdvd.

Anways, when I try to play it on my ps2, as soon as I get to the first episode on the disc, it starts to skip, then it says it can't read the disc.

My ps2 still plays the rest of my dvds fine, including the previous cowboy bebop remixes. I see no scratches in the disc, should I try to return the disc for a new one? Or is it my ps2 doesn't like that disc.

I just tried it in my roommates dvd player

It doesn't skip, but it still errors out at the same spot, guess I need to send back the disc.

My computer is the only thing that can play it after that spot. It still takes it a little while to skip to that spot. It probably only works because the drive is a lot faster giving it more time to try to solve all the errors.

People seem to have this problem with the CB Remix V.4 over at AOD forum.

I just got this but haven't tried it out yet. What episode is this happening in?

thanks, I contacted DDD for the return thingy to send it back for an exchange, hopefully I don't get the 2nd one from the same batch.

This sucks though, I remember the problems I had with DDD and Initial D Vol 4, where they sent two copies of vol 3, and everytime I sent a vol 3 back, they kept sending vol 3 again. They finally sent the right vol, after I contacted them for the 3rd time, using express mail (no charge), without me having to wait till they receive vol 3 again (they just gave me 30 days or they would charge the title). But still, waiting 2 months for the right dvd was a pain.

Watched the first 10 minutes or so of the first episode and things look okay on my end. Hope everything works out for those with the problem discs.

I had no problems on my PS2 with Remix Vol. 4.

SageJMP, if you get Juiced, it will fix all your problems. I promise rotfl
