Serie Noire which is the best adaptation EVER of a Jim Thompson novel.
The Nickel Ride The Outfit - How the hell is this thing not on DVD. Robert Duvall, Karen Black, Joe Don Baker. I'm sure at least Serie Noire probably has a French release, but I need Region 1 releases. |
I don't feel like going through this thread to see how many times The Wonder Years has been mentioned (or if I've already mentioned it in this thread myself), but there ya go.

I could have sworn I had my wanted titles on here - but maybe not.
Anyway, here are a few. Baby Blue Marine (1976), Buster & Billie (1974) and Tribes (1970) - all with Jan-Michael Vincent Chicken Chronicles (1977 with Steve Guttenberg and Phil Silvers) Happy Birthday, Gemini (1980 with Madeleine Kahn and Rita Moreno) Norman, Is That You? (1976 with Redd Foxx and Pearl Bailey) Return To Macon County (1975 with Nick Nolte and Don Johnson) Spring Break (1983 with David Knell, Perry Lang and Paul Land) Where The Boys Are '84 (1984 with Lisa Hartman-Black, Lorna Luft and Russell Todd) There's more but I'll add them later. |
The African Queen (1951)
Monte Walsh (1970) Paisan (1946) Island of Lost Souls (1932) Murders in the Zoo (1933) The Search (1948) Night of the Creeps (1986) The Beast with Five Fingers (1946) |
The Moon's Our Home
animated X-Men series. |
 at everyone repeatedly posting African Queen and Night of the Creeps. Doesn't anyone bother to read any of the previous posts in this thread?

Four Flies on Grey Velvet
Door Into Darkness EDIT: looks like my wait will come to an end In January and February :D |
All R1 Releases:
Polanski's Repulsion, Cul de Sac, and What? How about Freddie Francis' "Girly", rightly considered one of his best films. |
The Keep
This thing seems to keep getting announced with a release date only to be either rescheduled or pulled from online selling sites....... c'mon already, I'm not gettin' any younger. I'd also like to know, why is it so many unreleased to DVD movies made their way to VHS so easily? There either weren't legal issues then, or they were resolved in some way so the movies could be released..... |

Three more to add to my list of 11/19:

Re: What Are You STILL Waiting For?!?!
2009 and time to revisit my wants and the last we've seen of them:
Dharma & Greg: Season 1 (released 6/06) Mad About You: Season 3 (released 2/07) NYPD:Blue: Season 4 (released 6/06) DuckTales: Vol. 3 (released 11/07) Muppet Show: Season 3 (released 5/08) Can't get enough TV on DVD and would love to see some more released from these shows. Not looking pretty though rolling into 3 year breaks for a couple of them. Looks like region 2 saw a season 2 release of Dharma & Greg, where's ours? |

This year it's: - Fraggle Rock Season 4 (without having to re-purchase 1-3) currently no plans :( - The Muppet Show Season 4 & 5 S3 was May 2008 ... I wish they'd announce the last two, with less of a delay between seasons than what we've been seeing |

The Road Warrior. I have been wanting a Special Edition of that movie for a very long time. May be my favorite movie ever. |
