Bilingual US covers ?

Was looking at the cover to Hill Street Blues on Amazon.com and noticed it was bilingual. Is this just a mistake or are US titles starting to get bilingual covers ?

They must have gotten an advance copy for the Canadian release. Deep Discount's version is only in English.
