Was Venom actually released this week?
 

We haven't seen Venom anywhere this week. Does anyone know if it actually came out. We've been to two Wal-Marts, Target, Circuit City and two BJs. Has anyone seen it anywhere?

Must have been, my Blockbuster online rental showed up two days ago....

I saw one copy in the ACTION section of Best Buy tonight!

I got it at Fred Meyer. I first went to Wal Mart to get it, and they told me they weren't carrying it and I was the 8th person who had asked them that day. I had hoped it would be discounted on the first day at Wal Mart, but that hope got knocked down quickly.

I rented it today at BlockBuster.

Had a bunch at my Best Buy. At least half a dozen that I noticed. I picked up one for myself.

It has been in the ACTION section of my Best Buy too, since last week.

My Hollywood Video didn't get a single copy of it so I wound up renting at Blockbuster. A buddy of mine online also said that he had a tough time finding it, only seeing it at FYE.

My Blockbuster had about half dozen. Movie was better than I'd thought it would be.

So how is the movie itself? Is it at least worth a watch?

It was at Best Buy for $19.99, I used the $2.00 off two Dvds coupon found on gift cards.

Yea, I guess it's worth watching at least once if you like horror/slasher films like I do. It's nothing special, but I still found myself enjoying it because I went in with rock bottom expectations. One big plus was that the transfer was amazing.

Yea , it is in the action section... Mis sku'ed in the wrong department, should be there for a while until they get the message to move it (maybe next weekend) so look for it at Best Buy in the action section for the time being.
