Fox Home Entertainment has announced Bee Season which stars Richard Gere, Juliette Binoche and Kate Bosworth. The film tells the story of a father, obsessed with training his talented daughter for the National Spelling Bee. The disc will be available to own from the 4th April, priced at around $27.98. The disc will carry both full frame and anamorphic widescreen transfers, along with English Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks. Extras will include a commentary by directors Scott McGehee and David Siegel, a second audio commentary with producer Albert Berger and screenwriter Naomi Foner Gyllenhaal, 6 Deleted scenes with optional commentary by Scott McGehee and David Siegel, a making of featurette, and a Cutting Room Floor featurette. Completing the package will be a Essence of Bee Season featurette, and trailers.
