Christal Films using the same transfer as Lion's Gate?

I was just wondering, I was about to buy Crash here in Canada but it has been released under Crystal Films or is it Christal Films, well whatever, my question is, since it's a partner of Lion's Gate, if they're using the same transfer.

Crash (2004) is released through Maple Pictures (aka Lions Gate) here in Canada. DVD is the same as far as I know.
