Peter Jackson/King King Box Set Rumor

Has anyone heard that there is a easter egg in the Peter Jackson King Kong Production SE set that contains the entire movie? I have read somewhere the easter egg is deeply hidden in one of the 2 disks and it contains the ENTIRE movie. Only Peter Jackson would be bold enough to pull this one off! Anyone else hear about this?

Are you kidding?

I am just saying what I have heard thru the grapevine. I cannot say for certain if this is true since the set is not out yet, we will know tomorrow I guess! All I know is this rumor is causing me to buy the set!

Yes, Universal spends $200 million on a major release, only to use it as an easter egg on a release of nothing but special features.

Did anyone else hear that if you kiss a frog, it will turn into a prince? I don't know, I'm just hearing it through the grapevine, but it's enough to make me run into the forest and make out with a bunch of frogs!

I think someone that was interviewed for the release (perhaps PJ himself?) said this as a joke during the interview and now a few people online are taking it seriously. This isn't the first time I've heard this, but it's the first time I've heard of someone taking it seriously.

Is there another part to the "rumor" that involves the disc in question being a new special experimental DVD that holds twice as much, which would be necessary for the 3-hour hidden film to be watchable?
