Every couple of weeks my wife asks me when these are coming out.

Nikita 4 was all set to come out, and then someone involved with the show challenged legally that their share of the money on these DVD sets wasn't the appropriate amount based on their interpretation of existing agreements, so everything for S4 and S5 got put on hold. If the issue doesn't get resolved, then we'll all be left hanging. :(
