Need help with a movie title...
 

Hi again!

I want to get a DVD but cant remember the title of this movie or the names of the stars...

It's a teen/love movie. Kinda along the humor of Nick's Adventures of Pete and Pete but grown up. It take place over a summer. This boy is madly in love with this girl in his neighborhood and to prove his love, he spends every minute of the summer outside her window. Never leaving. He's got a crazy friend who tries to have 'relations' <cough> <cough> with a watermellon.

I remember it being very clever and funny, but cant remember the name of the flick. Ring a bell for anyone? Thanks, I know you guys can do it!
