Best DVD of Disney's Tarzan? (incl other regions)

Since the new release of Disney's Tarzan turned out to be craptacular, could someone tell me of the best release to get? I know about the oop 2-disc CE that goes for pretty pennies on ebay, so I was wondering if I might be able to get a similar non-Region 1 release online for a reasonable price?
