Is "Looking for Richard" OOP?

I could of sworn I rented this as a DVD.

Amazon says its not released. Was it released and its OOP or what?

With the Pacino box set postponed (or cancelled,) I hope Fox will consider releasing Looking for Richard as in individual DVD in the next few months.

According to DVD Empire, Fox has rescheduled the Pacino set for release on 2-21-2006 (though Deep Discount DVD has the release date as 3/14/2006.)
