do Abbott and Costello meat Frankenstein/the Killer Boris Karloff/The Invisible Man count or are those just considered comedy?

Do you guys think that Jurrasic Park, The Astronaut's Wife, and/or X-Files: Fight the Future should count?

IMDB says:

Jurassic Park: Action / Adventure / Horror / Sci-Fi
The Astronaut's Wife: Sci-Fi / Thriller / Horror
X-Files: Fight the Future: Sci-Fi / Thriller / Action / Mystery

I think all 3 are fine to add to your tally. Some people find all 3 movies creepy or scary in various ways.

I agree. Is there something wrong with the edit button?

I don't get why this should matter. It's not like one has to read every post, all the time. If by October 20th this thread is 30 pages long, one could simply click on "Go to first unread post" or just go straight to the last page. It's not like you would have to even bother looking at pages 5-25.

So why does anyone even care enough to bring it up?

I think mostly everyone is editing their original list but if no one occasionally posted that they've updated then I (and I'm sure others) wouldn't go through this whole thread to look at others list. I like seeing other list to compare how many and what titles everyone else is watching to what I've watched but I'm not going to memorize every post that has a list. I would agree that posting after every movie you watch would be excessive but I don't see anything wrong with a daily or occasional update.

Post #76 (top of page 4)

I for one, will not just update the list thats way back on page whatever and then say in a post....hey, I've updated....go here. Screw that. There also is nothing wrong with even listing and posting as you viddey. Who cares?

In fact, I've decided to update the complete list and then re-post that list as each day goes by. If nobody wants to read it over or just scan to the bottom...then they don't have to. I'll be gutdating mine in a while. I've missed a few days but only because of the volume of films I'm watching. I'm somewhere around 50 at this point. Well on my way to 150.

Working 10-12 hours a day doesn't allow me to watch DVDs...hek I'm lucky if I can watch 1-2 a week
