Updated my list(post #79). I need to pick up the pace. I have only watched 27 through 10 days. At this rate, I'm going to fall just shy of 100.

Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult
Gigli
The Late Shift
L.A. Confidential
Bull Durham
Beyond Re-Animator (15)
Beetlejuice (16)
Nip/Tuck: Season 3 - Episode 303 "Derek, Alex, and Gary" (DVR'd Tuesday)
Face Off: Bruins Pre-Game
Bruins vs. Canadians (Season Opener)
South Park: Season 8 - Episode 813 "Cartman's Incredible Gift"
Child's Play (17)
Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life (On Demand) (continued)
Are there enough hours in a day to watch all this?!??! 10 of theses are full length movies. Assuming they are 90 minutes (probably MORE), that's 15 HOURS of watching. The Bruins game and pre-game show has to be 3 hours. That's 18 hours. The remaining is 3 TV shows. Assuming they're 20 minutes each, that's 1 more hour! That's 19 hours. I'm sure most of those movies were more than 90 minutes. Can maybe add another hour or two to that total. That's 20 HOURS (at the very, very least) of watching in a 24 hour period.

Are you on crystal meth? Did you even eat on that day?

My Name Is Earl approx 20 mins
I Know What You Did Last Summer 100
Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult 83
Gigli 121
The Late Shift 95
L.A. Confidential 138
Bull Durham 108
Beyond Re-Animator 95
Beetlejuice 92
Nip/Tuck approx 40 mins
Face Off: Bruins Pre-Game no clue
Bruins vs. Canadians (Season Opener) no clue
South Park approx 20 mins
Child's Play 87
Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life ignored as it is continued

Total for movies and shows(Show runtimes are undershot, probably closer to 22 and 46 mins) = 999
Subtract approx 4 mins per movie for credits that may be factored into runtime = 999 - 10*4 = 954
954 mins = 15.9 hours
So, 15.9 hours plus the game stuff. Thats doable. He just doesn't sleep much. And his bathroom and kitchen are positioned so that he can watch movies during his visits. Or maybe he is watching multiple tvs simultaneously.
Now, I do think that he should get horror credit for his viewing of Gigli

Thanks, I needed to kill about ten minutes.

Am I gonna have to justify my watching to somebody new every week????

Go back a few pages and read the explination... Yes, I watched them... Yes, I have a shitload of time on my hands this month... YES YES YES...

Sorry if I'm a bit short, but this is the 3rd or 4th time I've gone over this...

There's no drugs involved, and I eat fine... Thanks for the concern...

I wasn't questioning it. My post stands more as an defense for your list than anything else.

I know... I just hit quote on your's as a knee jerk reaction... Just a rough morning into afternoon, and that shits getting a little old on me. That's all...

I kind of expected it with the thread covering the whole month and bringing in new folk to the thread... If everyone was regulars to the "What Are You Watching This Week" thread they'd be use to my insomniac-like viewing habits, and know I've gone over my jobs & lifestyle so many times over the past couple years, it's rediculous...

Like I said, didn't mean to bark at you directly... It was more just overall venting...

Didn't mean to question a fellow wrestling fan, but holy crap! That's a ton of watching for one day!

Your insomniac-like viewing and lifestyle beg the question, though. Do you have a goal? (Haven't noticed a goal earlier in the thread)
EDIT: Just checked first post again. I think you won't have much trouble getting to that if you make horror a large % of your viewing.

Dan1boy called me out for 101 (2nd Post Here) when Chad announced he was gonna do 100... So I went with it...

I sleep very little, 4 hours in a night is a lot for me... During the day I do some work at home, during the evening I work for a radio station, and I do an overnight security shift... All 3 provide me with movie viewing capabilities... Sometimes if I'm out doing promotions in a bar for the station, you'll see more sports games pop up in my list... Like I said, I go over this so much it's rediculous... I'm just gonna keep doing what I do 'cause it works for me. End of story. If I hit 101, I hit 101, if not, no big thing. I'm not racing anyone, I'm just substituting horror flicks for whatever other movie I was gonna watch...

Some take it more seriously then others... I just write what I watch, like a journal...

Thats interesting. It would be nice if I could go off of 4 hours a night.

the one thing i don't get is on 10/10 you have more than 20 hours of watching (considering the hockey games are 2.5+)?? how is that remotely possible to do? even if you were home 24 hours, you would have to eat, piss, and shit without getting up...

There is no prize or anything for whoever ends with the highest count, So why should anyone be worried about whether or not someone is padding their counts, Because repeatedly asking people how they find so much time to watch X amount of films, seems to be a thinly vieled way of accusing one of either lying or exaggerating. If you doubt someone's listing, please keep it to yourself and just have fun with the thread.

=edit= I am not replying to your post "nodeerforamonth" as I can see you are just joking =edit=

mikewendt wants to draw attention to how much he "watches", so people are naturally going to ask him about it. If he didn't want the attention he wouldn't constantly repost his entire list every single time he updates it.

No reason anyone should be upset by a long post. There are plenty of posts with a long list. Some are reposted everytime they post it. Not a bad list, though.
